1. Company will trained you for 3 months ,after 3 months best 4 performer will be hired as a permanent job in the company.
2. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry ; researching and analyzing sales options.
3. Visit industries, hotel, dealers etc to cater to the requirement and flourish the market accordingly.
4. Maintain relationships with clients by providing supports, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities. recommending profit and service improvements.
5. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
6. Prepare reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information
7 Maintain Quality Service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
1, should have good presentation and communication skills
2. Must have a pleasant personality.
3.should have clear understanding of business concepts and sales methods.
4. Must have valid driving licenses and own two-wheeler
5. Must have good knowledge of their residing local area
6. Male Candidates are highly recommended.
Benifits:
For the first 3 months, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 8000 plus allowances.
After 3 months, 4 selected candidates will be offered permanent positions with a salary according to company rules.
