🔸Support the resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
🔸Help manage customer service records and documentation efficiently.
🔸Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service processes and strategies.
🔸Provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions to help improve our offerings.

Job Specification

🔸Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program
🔸Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
🔸Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
🔸Enthusiasm for the two-wheeler industry and eagerness to learn.
🔸Basic proficiency in Ms. Word and Excel
