Since our previous interns are working as a full-time staff now we are looking for New Interns:
Content Writing
Job purpose: Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles
Responsibilities and duties:
- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Business Development:
Job purpose: To conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan and develop relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
Admin & Operation:
Job purpose: To undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Document Controlling :
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Job Specification
Minimum Educational Attainment: BBA/BBS Final year or Graduates
Minimum Professional Experience: Only Fresher are encouraged to apply
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of the existing and emerging technologies,
- Well-acquainted with the business trends,
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft office,
