Candidates must have 5 years of practical professional work experience.
Strong experience in institutional development and management of human resources as well as in the design and development of government policies and programs that include planning, public administration modernization and reform, economic management and reform, decentralization and local governance.
Strong background and experience in business development, marketing, resource mobilization, and developing networks of contacts.
Strategy formulation and organizational performance management skills.
Experience in governance and restructuring of corporate and public organizations.
Excellent proven research abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Very good computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project.
