Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new employees.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
Handle performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support management in the development of talent strategies and organizational planning.
Help in PR development in order to promote company’s culture & values
Job Specification
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field (preferred)
Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
