Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Management Specialist, the incumbent performs various administrative duties and HR support functions. The incumbent performs various duties in support of LE Staff and EFM recruitment. The incumbent assists with HR information management and data entry; and prepares various HR related memorandums. The incumbent orders and maintains expendable supplies for HR office use and provides supports for HR events . The incumbent serves as a back up to other HR team members as and when required.
General Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of prior work experience in the field of Human Resources is required.
Education Requirements:
Successful completion of Higher Secondary education is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English is required. Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Nepali is required. English language ability will be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent skills and abilities to use various Windows-based computer applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required.
KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of general office operations and procedural requirements pertaining to functions performed in an Administrative or a Human Resources office is required.
Qualifications:
All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications and complete a mandatory probationary period of one year for LE Staff.
