The position is responsible primarily for carrying out the organization’s Human Resource management related activities by providing leadership to this unit. The position will also provide support in organization’s general administration, including communication related activities. The employee will manage day to day human resource related matters, coordinate and facilitate staff development activities, assist to strengthen the organization’s internal and external communication systems, specifically maintaining the institutional website, ensure the efficient administration at Country office and field offices. The employee will be based in Country office, report to the Country Coordinator and work closely with the Communication and Liaison Officer, and Finance & Logistic Officer. S/he will maintain close communication with field offices and other staff members as required.
Qualifications:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Business management, social work, or related subject from a reputed institution with a proven track record of 3 years (2 years’ experience in case of Master’s degree) of related work experience in I/NGO or private sector
