Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for customer support roles.
- Conducting orientation and providing training on customer service skills, company policies, and product knowledge.
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and organizing coaching or improvement plans.
- Implementing initiatives to maintain high morale, job satisfaction, and reduce turnover in the support team.
- Addressing and resolving workplace issues or conflicts among customer support staff.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand, including managing shift schedules and work hours.
- Ensuring that customer support staff adhere to company policies, customer service protocols,
- Identifying skill gaps and organizing training sessions to enhance service delivery and customer interaction skills.
Job Specification
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Management with relevant experience in HR functions.
Experience: 1 year in related field
Contract of Employment: Full-time
