• Administer employee service
• Formulation and Implementation of HR policies or procedures
• Formulating & implementing monetary evaluation system
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
• Oversee an organization's recruitment; interview, selection, and hiring processes handle staffing issues. Such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures

Job Specification

• Strong effective communication in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills
