Job Description

We are looking for our client, one of the reputed hospitals, to hire HR officers for the Bharatpur, Chitwan location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final selection.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new staff, including orientation and training.

• Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues promptly.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support supervisors and managers in handling performance-related issues.

• Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

• Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support continuous professional development initiatives.

Job Specification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations.
