We are looking for our client, one of the reputed hospitals, to hire HR officers for the Bharatpur, Chitwan location.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final selection.
Ensure proper onboarding of new staff, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues promptly.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
Support supervisors and managers in handling performance-related issues.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and employment laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support continuous professional development initiatives.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of labor laws and healthcare regulations.
