Human Resource Manager
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes–
• Degree in HR Management, degree in law would be an added advantage
• The applicant must have minimum 5 years hands on experience in a star hotel of repute
• Should have sound knowledge of labor laws and experience in handling industrial disputes
• Experience in manpower planning, recruitment and conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Experience in maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance, Handling insurance-related issues
• Managing workplace safety issues and training new or existing employees
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Experience in counseling and handling workplace disputes
• Experience in conducting liaison work with internal and external parties
