Job Description
Recruitment, on boarding and induction
Reviewing HR Operations effectiveness
Employee Governance and welfare
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Assisting manager on HR policies
Assist in Preparation, development, and implementation of performance management as well as performance evaluation policies and procedures
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
Maintain the data base records of each employee of the organization.
Check the attendance records of the employees.
Attend to employees grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary.
Provide feedback to management to enhance a better working environment.
Look for administrative tasks
Plan for the training and development of the staffs
Job Specification
At least 1 years of Specialized HR related job experience.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people successfully.
Bachelor's with specialization in Human resource preferred.
