Job Description

  • Develop and implement Human Resources strategy
  • Lead the annual business planning process for Human Resources
  • Ensure a robust performance management approach is adopted across the organization
  • Develop SPN/MSS’s training and development strategy
  • Lead the salary review process and staff survey
  • Manage employee relations, and act as focal point for conflict managementprocess
  • Liaise with external bodies and legislative authorities related to human resources

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree with professional qualification in HR Management. Master’s degree is desirable
  • Successfully held a HR management position for at least 5 years, ideally in a customer orientated, dynamic organization
  • At least 2 years’ experience of implementing transformation in HR systems and achieving organizational change, bringing modern, progressive approaches to HR practice.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of developing and successfully implementing a strategy for HR aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Detailed knowledge of Nepali employment law and other related laws.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of performance management and staff motivation
