Assisting with new hire orientation
Keeping records of leave details in leave ledger and providing leave balances of employee to concerned department head on monthly basis
Payroll Preparation
Provides clerical support to the HR Department
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
Proven experience as HR Officer, other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics and reliability
