Job Description

Job duties:

• Look after the recruitment activities of the company
• Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources 
• Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
• Assist in the preparation of selection criteria and instruments for each position
• Any other HR related matters that may arise

Job Specification

• Must have Bachelors degree
• Must have more than 1 year of experience. 
• Candidates having prior experience in recruitment agencies will be given preference
