• Proven expertise in the field of Human Resources Management with over 15 years of experience working in an Industrial environment.
- Quick learner with an ability to work independently. Understands how feelings and emotions may impact on performance and controls emotions to minimize negative impact.
- Ability to work as a leader - Proactively shares information and learning with colleagues. Addresses conflicts or
issues within the team in a positive and open manner. Provides clear feedback to team members.
- Personable Professional whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse
workforce in multicultural settings.
• Expertise in Customer Care, public relation and Industrial relation skills inclusive of corporate culture awareness - Significant knowledge and experience in Labor Law/Act Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing with proven IT skills
