To oversee the human resources management and administration of the Company which includes conducting job analysis, recruitment, selection, trainings, appraisal and maintaining reward system of the Company.
Developing HR Plans and Policies of the Company as per current acts, laws and regulations
Developing employee KPIs in coordination with Management and tracking employee performance against them
Preparing the job description for each job position
Recruitment and selection of employees in a time bound manner as per organizational requirement
Developing and implementing the reward compensation system for employees
Preparing employment contracts
Maintaining and updating personal records of employees
Maintaining leave and attendance records
Prepare the Salary Sheet each month using the Payroll Software every month
Establishing a proper organizational structure
Maintaining harmonious employee-employee relations and cordial work environment
Handle all over the admin activities.
Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
Must have good knowledge of implementing HR Systems
Must have sound knowledge of HR Software’s and MS Office
Must have sound knowledge of relevant acts, laws and regulations and statutory taxes applicable in the country.
Must be able to keep up to date with any changes in the above
Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and must be patient in dealing with employees
Should have excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written
Should have a valid driver’s license and must own a two-wheeler
