Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Administration, Grievances Handling , Performance Review, and Orientation Program.
Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports to Concerned Department .
Supervise and Manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Specification
Possess Master degree on relevant field.
Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
Knowledge of HR systems, databases and human resources metrics.
Must be pleasant personality, good working attitute having strong sense of responsibility and leadership quality
Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction.
Smart & Energetic with excellent command on written & spoken English.
