Job Description

Main Duties/Responsibilities
1. General Operation
 Monitoring employee timesheet and tracking the workforce at workplace
 Handling Employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
 Monitor and ensure company's code of conduct is followed by all the employees
in the branch.
 Identification of employee issue with in branch and handling all related problems
in coordination with branch head and HR head.
 Performing employee orientation and socialization of new employee in Branch.
 Coordinate with the HR Department at HO for the documentation of office
personnel and personnel activities such as official visit, advance, training and
performance evaluations.

2. Recruitment
 Responsible for all employment openings in branch office and help corporate HR
team in CV sourcing, screening, interviews and selection.
 Perform preliminary interview for any entities if required along with Dealership
Head.
3. HRIS Management
 Operate HR software with in the branch scope.
 Monitoring and maintaining proper HR software operation regarding leave,
attendance, payroll, performance management etc.
 Managing leave and attendance of office helpers in HR software in the case they
don’t have computer/internet access.
 Handle queries about the process of leave and attendance applications.
 Prepare and maintain/analyze attendance of at LI Quick and Hyundai Kathmandu,
Teenkune for necessary purpose.

4. Exit Management
 Coordinate and participate with HO HR with exit procedure of employee at LI
Quick and Hyundai Kathmandu, Teenkune.
 Prepare attrition report on quarterly basis.
 Handle any queries regarding the exit formalities
 Avail all the necessary documents and form for the exit management.
5. Policies & Procedures
 Participate in policy making process with HO HR.
 Assist/suggest in revisiting and enhancing existing policies and procedures
 Initiate new idea, plan and program for organizational effectiveness
 Coordinate development of standard operating procedure.
 Play required role in policy and procedure implementation.
6. Grievance Handling
 Coordinate and Establish formal way of complaint management to put forward
complaint and queries.
 Handle Employee disputes and communicate issue to Branch head and HO HR.
 Prepare and issue warning/Justification letters if required
7. Performance and Promotion Management
 Coordinate with department heads and candidates with the promotion appraisal
process with in branch scope
 Assist in preparing and issuing performance appraisal forms to the respective
employees
 Ensure the forms are acknowledged and filled up on timely manner
 Collate forms maintain record and properly communicate all the documents to
corporate HR for necessary procedure

8. Circular
 Prepare and circulate official notice and information related to the branch
 Coordinate with HR head if any notice need to circulate regarding changes in
office operation/procedure and policies.

9. Employee Insurance and Welfare
 Promote employee to take insurance benefit
 Provide the form and guide the necessary procedure for insurance claim.
 Maintain the report for insurance claim/receive on timely manner.
 Formulate plan/programs for employee welfare and engagement
10. CIT deposit
 Coordinate the CIT registration of the employee.
 Prepare letter and proceed ahead for CIT Deposit
