Requirements:
Age: At least 35 years,
Education: Bachelor in Hotel Management or graduate with required experience in Housekeeping operations in a reputed hotel or minimum 10 years of experience(5 years at Executive level) in Housekeeping Department in reputed organization(includes hotels and corporate house)
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Housekeeping department at the Executive level.
Knowledge/Abilities: Candidate must be quality focused with special attention to cleanliness of the property as per brand standards along with experience in handling Laundry and Linen room operations, liaison with outside contractors, staff management, monitoring purchase, supplies, inventories, consumption and equipment to minimize wastage, as per budgeted guidelines. Responsible for overall Housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas and other specified areas of the hotel.
