Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and client dealing department
Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties, such as supervisors, HoDs and Organizational Department at board level
Develop effective induction programmes for staffs
Devise individual learning plans
Produce training materials for in-house courses
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with supervisors and HoDs
Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
Evaluate training and development programmes
Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages for staffs
Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, customer relationship techniques and present this research
Regular consultation with supervisors and organizational department
Basic Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Minimum four years' work experience of front office and housekeeping management
Good understanding of training techniques and knowledge
Solution finding, administrative, fluency of English and presentation skills are a must
Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
