Collect baseline information from 4 project sites
Analyze the information and develop baseline report
Develop intervention plan and implement the plan in each 4 sites
Develop follow-up/monitoring checklist
Contribute in home garden manual (in Nepali)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture (preferred with Horticulture elective)
Strong communication and presentation skills, learning attitude, Self-motivated, energetic to support the smallholders,
Proficient computer skills especially with MS Office package (both Nepali and English),
Willingness to travel and spend considerable time in project sites.
Develop baseline data collection format for household nutrition and dietary diversity, collect baseline information and prepare the report,
Train the selected SHGs in home gardening as per season,
Support the SHG members in home garden layout/design plan and implementation and home garden management
Develop follow up check list and work closely with Program Officers on follow up/monitoring
Collect data on regular basis to interpret the result,
Contribute on updating the home garden manual,
Prepare case studies and document good practices and success stories,
Reporting to PM-ED on regular basis to update the progress,
Prepare the trip reports, event reports,
