Job Description

Help desk associates provide customer support, help problem solve, and keep the company's network and computer systems running. Help desk associates typically work indoors in a casual business environment. 

Job Specification

• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills and client oriented
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication with English proficiency 
• Respond to telephone calls by following the company’s specific procedures and protocols
• Answer inquiries and ensure the queries from clients are addressed
• Excellent time management and administrative tasks
• Listen to the client’s problems carefully, assist them as required
• Ascertain that all client information is kept safe and confidential at all times
• Keeping in a row of changes and trends in system information and technology updates
