This position is part of the Senior Management Team. The position holder will be responsible to provide strategic direction, leadership and management of the Country Program's programming and to ensure the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality projects. S/he will take the lead in adopting innovative approaches for programming for continued growth and relevance.
