He/She will be responsible for:
• Identification and prioritization of construction projects including project
appraisal, feasibility analysis. site survey, and sustainability analysis.
• Developing guidelines and held-based tools for the implementation of the project.
• Developing the detailed designs of theconstruction/rehabilitationprojects

Job Specification :
• Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering. Masters in Construction Management with at least three years of experience in a relevant sector is preferred.
• Auto Cad/Arch Cad (preferred) & Revd Architecture skills are mandatory.
• Specializabon in Building Information Modeling is preferred.
• Architectural Certification is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
