Head-Microfinance (Manager Level)
This position is to oversee overall microfinance business of the bank and is responsible to lead the microfinance department, assuring its full integration with other activities and shall report to Chief -Microfinance.
Criteria for eligibility:-
At least 5 years of experience in microfinance sector or deprived sector lending in Bank and Financial Institutions.
Candidates must have minimum Master's Degree preferably in Management from a recognized University.
Candidates must have working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
