Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with 9 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record in a leadership role in the Human Resource Department
Ability to strengthen the existing HR System
Ability to implement new systems as per the changing environment
Proficient in Data Analytics
Good interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of Human Resource Management and its regulatory environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leading large, complex HR organizations.
