Head Agri-lending – 1

Corporate Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager

Education: Master’s Degree from recognized university

Location: Head Office

Experience: At least six, seven and eight years of experience in rural and agricultural lending in developing countries for applying to Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager level respectively.   

Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on April 17, 2019

Major Responsibilities:

  • Formulating agri-lending strategy
  • Market scoping
  • Identifying & developing innovative value chain financing models
  • Devising required actions plans, product papers/manuals/guidelines, scoring models and creating sizeable agriculture portfolio​
