Ensure and provide flawless, professional and high class guest service experiences.
Attend promptly to customers/ guests' inquiries, assist them with their needs and anticipate their unstated needs.
Actively listen and provide solution to the guests’ issues and concerns.
Conduct ‘courtesy calls’ from time to time to the guests to see if they have any requirements.
Oversee and coordinate the arrivals, activities and departures of all the guests.
Keep a record of all the scheduled activities of the guests and see if any changes are to be incorporated and record if any changes are made.
Promote all facilities, services and programs offered by the company to the existing as well as potential guests.
Attend and respond to all the telephone calls as well as e-mails in an efficient manner and also relay the messages to the concerned department or person.
Stay updated and keep a record of all the required rates and services of the required agencies like hotels, resorts, bus fares, airfares etc.
Prepare itineraries and develop packages for the existing and potential customers
