Open/close the transit home as per the time schedule
Must have the ability to identify the women/girls of human trafficking and guide them as per the requirement.
Must create the friendly environment inside of the transit home.
Must treat equally to all the beneficiaries of the transit home.
Must have the ability to analyze the internal and external environment of the transit home.
If any external visitor enters into the transit home then at first should consult with Safe home coordinator before letting him/her to the transit home.
Must inform the staff regarding the visitors
Must work overtime as per the emergency.
