Grants and Reporng Manager
Key responsibilies: This posion is created to directly support CARE Nepal's (Earthquake) Emergency Response. The Grants and Reporng Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinang programme development process related to instuonal funding sources and supporng CARE Nepal's Emergency Team's efforts to secure consistent funding. The incumbent needs to work closely with districts, program development and finance colleagues, to ensure allocaon of targets and resources across secured and pipeline funding. S/he will support negoaons related to programme development with development organizaons, private sector agencies and CARE Internaonal members. The Grants and Reporng Manager will also contribute to learning processes on developing and designing projects for CARE Nepal's emergency related and long term programmes.
Preferred Qualificaons and Experience: Master's degree in Social Work/ Social Sciences or a relevant subject with at least 5 years of minimum experience in social sector, of which at least three years of experience in program development or management/ grants management, preferably in Emergency response. Very good MS. Excel and budget experience is preferred. Proven experience with mulple key back-donors including USAID, ECHO, UN, AusAid, DFID, as well as SHO, NiN, Humanitarian Coalion and DEC
