Level : 10th Type : Contract (Probation Period 6 months; Renewable based on performance)
Duty Station : Central Office, Pulchowk, Lalitpur with frequent field visits

Qualification & Experience
The candidate should have a Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent standard of education and 6 years of successful experience in the areas of financial management in Public Health or health related national/international development organizations receiving similar grants including from USAID.
Major Functions
The Grant and Finance Manager will be responsible for overall financial management, for the USAID funded SIFPO2 project. This will include undertaking budget preparation, accounting, budget utilization monitoring, grant and contract management, reporting and internal audit duties in accordance with USAID requirements. S/he will also support other finance staff in review, processing and reconciling of invoices to budgets. S/he will ensure that program assets (financial and physical) are safeguarded, manage the risk register and facilitate financial efficiency and compliance with FPAN and USAID financial regulations and reporting requirements.
