Qualification and Competencies:
Masters in good governance and GESI or equivalent. The Governance and GESI Advisor will lead the Local governance, Gender Mainstreaming and Social Inclusion Component of the project and will support all the members in the consortium as well their implementing partners at the strategic and technical level on the same; S/he should have more than 7 years of experience working in the governance and GESI sector preferably on the institutional donor funded projects;
