About the role
The Global Learning & Development team was created to understand the organization's strategy and its future capability needs in order to identify learning priorities across the organization and to create learning environments where staff can develop to be their best. Our team puts in place learning initiatives that enable the organization to constantly evolve and develop and create flexible learning interventions through the use of blended learning approaches to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
This role will review current learning content/programs and pathways and look for ways to improve or further develop these. You will work closely with our Global Learning & Development Manager and our knowledge experts to identify capacity gaps and co-create and co-facilitate learning programs that fill that need. You will use blended learning solutions and digital tools that create flexible and innovative learning programs.
You will apply adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development and be involved in co-designing a range of learning interventions. This might include technical, behavioural, leadership, and management programs, working collaboratively with our internal communications and staff engagement lead in advertising and engaging our staff in learning activities.
You will be a champion of driving a culture of continuous professional development, put learning at the core of what we do, and monitor effectively how learning has been transferred.
