The holder of this position will have the responsibility to manage and develop Nana Hotels into a sucessful nation wide limited service hotel chain. Primary Responsibilities of General Manager Responsible for entire day-to-day administration of Nana Hotels Lead the organization in line with its goals and targets Implement business plans Participate in strategic planning Lead business development Drive sales Establish organizational policies and procedure Carry out budgeting and financial reporting Establish business relationships and develop networks Search, evaluate, establish, and oversee the expansion of new hotel branches Carry out regular reporting to necessary persons
Must be well informed and well experienced in Hotel Management Must posess sound financial and accounting knowledge Must have broad marketing knowledge and good sales skills Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to multitask and work in an organized and systematic manner Must demonstrate critical and creative thinking Must possesses good report writing and presentation skills Must demonstrate high degree of professionalism and good work ethics Must be able to preform well under pressure Must be able to travel and work from various location Must be able to conduct research and analysis
