Job Description
Develop guidelines of operations with clear direction, objective, decision, strategic planning and quality management
Analyze market and re-focus business plan in response to the market changes
Develop sales strategy, long term plans, annual operating plans, annual budgets while measuring progress on an ongoing basis
Undertake project management activities and supervise key team members
Actively involve in strategic alliances by building and maintaining relationships with key customers
Performing on-going market analysis and networking activities to gain new business
Coordinate with external and internal parties and establish long term business relations with such parties
Job Specification
Successfully held a manager position for at least 10 years, ideally in a dynamic organization
At least 5 years experience of managerial role in a manufacturing company
Must have experience in managing people
Should have strong leadership, managerial, decision making & interpersonal skills
Sound in spoken & written English
Proficient in MS Office
