The post holder will be responsible for overseeing transformative GEDSI TA, ensuring best practice on GEDSI issues across the programme, including safeguarding and working with rights based CSO and marginalised groups. The post holder should have expert knowledge and expertise on GEDSI, intersectional vulnerability within marginalised groups, gender and patriarchal norms and leave no one behind agenda, as well as developing and implementing strategies to address GEDSI issues in development programming within Nepal and / or in a similar the global south context. Stakeholder management, project management, leadership, communication skills alongside flexibility and seeing the big picture would also be key prerequisite for this role.
