Required Skills and Experience
Education:
S/he should possess Masters’ degree on gender and development, sociology or related field from recognized university.
Experience:
Should have minimum three years experiences in the relevant fields;
Should have knowledge and skills on integrating GESI in programme planning and monitoring;
Must have demonstrated skills in training management and experience in capacity building relating to Gender Equality and Social Inclusion;
Should have strong capacity to influence all stakeholders for GESI sensitivity.
Computer Skills:
S/he should possess understanding and knowledge of the basic computer systems such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Requirement:
Fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English languages. Excellent report writing skills is essential.
