Nepal Agricultural Market Development Programme (NAMDP) is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Ministry of, Agriculture, Government of Nepal. The project is being implemented jointly by Swiss contact/ Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation and Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED). Gender & Inclusion Specialist -1
Reports to: Team Leader
Purpose: Under the general guidance of the Team Leader, the Gender and Inclusion Specialist will be responsible to integrate gender and inclusion issues in NAMDP interventions. He/ she will lead the design and implementation of activities to achieve the strategic objectives of benefiting women farmers and farmers from the disadvantaged groups
Required Education and Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the development sector preferably in the area of private sector/ agriculture sector development.
