Job Description
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and maintain working relation and effective communication with Gaupalika officials and other relevant stakeholders.

Disseminate project information to relevant stakeholders in assigned Gaupalika.

Collect secondary information about vulnerable population in assigned Gaupalika.

Facilitate collection of information about most vulnerable people in the assigned Gaupalika using relevant research tools such as household survey, focus group discussion, Key informant interview or any other relevant tools.

Organize and facilitate Gaupalika and ward level meetings to disseminate survey information and validation.

Facilitate for selection of beneficiaries through based on vulnerability criteria in close coordination with project manager.

Plan and implement activities with selected beneficiaries.

Coordinate with Gaupalika officials to improve access to services to the vulnerable people

Oversee the project areas, including focus on safety, quality and project schedule requirements.

Prepare and submit field visit reports, monthly and quarterly project progress reports, technical progress reports and financial reports to the project manager.

Assist to project manager and coordinate with different functions of central office to implement the activities as per the budget and plan.

Supervise and mobilize social mobilizers in mobilizing. communities sand workers group throughout project period.

Provide project update, progress to Gaupalika and other stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating and managing similar activities with demonstrable record of accomplishment of best performance. Must have a good computer skill.

Gross salary including all benefits: Nrs 55,000-70,000 per month depending upon remoteness of the working area.

Duty Station: One of Gandaki, Ajirkot, Dharche and Tsumnubri Gaunpalika in Gorkha District.

Duration of the post: Two years.
