Job Description
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Liaise with banks, customers and/or relevant third party agencies via phone, email and fax.
Ordering courier services as required
Sending / forwarding mail as required – including faxes
Assist HR in admin tasks and IT to rectify any phone issues
Plan and organise all office events
Follow up insurance claims of staff
Ensure compliance with and current knowledge of legislation, market trends and analysis and key industry drivers
