Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
Maintains security and telecommunications system
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and attendance
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Making customer feedback phone calls everyday
Making telemarketing calls to prospects about our products and services
Scheduling customer bookings and follow-up appointments
Billing customers and maintaining record of everyday expenses
Job Specification
Good knowledge in computers, Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication and convincing skill
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Pleasant personality with positive attitude
Proven experience as a telemarketer or any call-center roles
Ability to maintain general accounts and invoicing
Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes
Enthusiasm for automotive industry
Fast learner and passionate in building customer relationships
