To receive inbound calls and transfer calls to the concerned department or keep messages.
To disseminate necessary information to the visitors and directing them to the concerned department.
Responsible to deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintaining Office Filing work & Documents etc.
Monitor office expenses and costs.
Assist Higher Managements with Secratarial Works .
To deliver excellent customer service, at all times.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other related duties as and when required by the management.
Job Specification
Must possess good telephonic manner
Should have pleasing personality with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and Practices
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali language
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Highly organized, ability to prioritize workload
Own two wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred not required)
