Operate the incoming telephone calls, respond to queries and divert to the concerned.
Manage the stationaries and other administrative tasks at the front office including handling couriers and travel ticketing as and when required in absence of front office staff.
Prepare formal and informal letters and memos for the HR Department as advised
Manage documents and files as instructed
Perform the document flow and follow up for completion of tasks regarding approvals of documents as instructed
