Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about the organization, its services, and facilities.
  3. Handle incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary and taking messages when required.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance.
  5. Register guests, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs for security purposes.
  6. Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  7. Respond to guest inquiries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  8. Handle mail and package distribution, including sorting and forwarding to the appropriate recipients.
  9. Manage reservations and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  10. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  11. Maintain knowledge of staff movements within the organization to facilitate efficient communication and visitor management.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and provide support when needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols when handling sensitive information.
  14. Stay updated on organizational policies, procedures, and special events to provide accurate information to guests.
