Checking & improving quality control procedures from the Raw material stage to the finished product
Approving Raw material and product specification.
Save Raw material from pest attack and insects, and maintain good storage.
Record keeping of Raw materials and quality analysis according of specification in a systematic way.
Record keeping of different batches of production in a systematic way for future reference.
Improve the processing, packaging, storage and safety of food in line with government and Industry standards.
Dealing with any customer complaint investigations or product quality issues.
Compute Moisture, Ash, Gluten or other required content, percentage of ingredients, formulas or other product factors, using mathematical and chemical procedures.
