Key responsibilities: Based in respective districts, the position will work closely with key staff involved in cash and/or food assistance within each field office to develop their skills as well as systems for reporting, tracking activities, and informing management appropriately to facilitate timely decision making. In addition, s/he will undertake administrative and financial roles by supervising project administrative staff and reviewing financial claims to ensure compliance with CARE/donor regulations.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors or above in international development, community development or similar subject with good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and at least 3 years’ experience in implementing humanitarian cash and food assistance programs
