Job Description
Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage- Service Department
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Establish targets, SOPs, schedules, policies and procedures.
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Required skills and qualifications:
Hotel Management Graduate or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of proven Food and Beverage Management experience.
Good leadership skills and mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations and ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Good communication skills and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Guest-oriented and service-minded with up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, IDS, etc).
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Excellent grooming standards.
