Food & Beverage Executive
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes–
• Degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration,
• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior supervisory or similar role in a star hotel of repute
• Sound knowledge and experience of menu planning, presentation and costing
• Extensive knowledge of food & beverage, service, safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent personal presentation and style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic and highly motivated self starter, with a can do attitude and a team player
• Experience and knowledge in concept, design of events would be an added advantage
