Finance Specialist (based in Kathmandu)
Key responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the overall financial management of the project under the direct supervision of Team Leader/Budget Holder of SUAAHARA II, liaise closely with finance department in central office and maintain confidentiality in CARE's financial operation in the field and also provide guidance and leadership to all concerned Admin and Program staffs concerning the overall financial information management including budgeting and other financial related issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
CA/ACCA qualified or Master’s dgeree in Management, Accounts, Business Studies or a related field with 3 years of relevant working experience of managing a grant independently. Prior experience managing USAID funds is desirable.
